An opportunity for volunteering for amateur radio with IEEE.

Somewhat short time horizon, but well worth the energy and effort.

Have any questions? Please let me know.

*EMC-S Hams:*

Karen Burnham has agreed to lead us again to propose an Amateur Radio
special session for the 2022 EMC-S Symposium. There is not much time,
and I know that Karen is extremely busy with her work and family.
*(How these ladies manage two lives at the same time boggles my mind!)*
So... I will gather the suggestions from our members wishing to contribute
a presentation to the Symposium and send them on to Karen.

We don't have much time, so please send them in by December 9th so there
is sufficient time to whip it into shape before sending it to the Symposium
organizers. *(For more detailed information about the Symposium, use the
link:)*

We expect this Symposium may be a Hybrid, if not all virtual, so be
prepared
to submit your final 'document' as a voice over power point presentation.

>From you, as a contributing author, we need:

   - *Title *of your presentation
   - Author's *Name*
   - Author's *affiliation*
   - *Brief description* of your presentation (Try for one sentence.)

Please respond soon with your information so Karen can begin to assemble
the final submission for consideration.

Please send directly to me *k.williams at ieee.org <k.williams at ieee.org>* and *do
not CC the rest *
*of our community*. (That would be a quick way to overload everyone's in
basket.)

I hope we hear from you very soon. Happy holidays to all!
