[Ground-station] 2022 "save the date"

We’ll have a lot to say about fundraising, IRS regulations, and how you all
can help very soon.

Our fiscal end of year is 31 December. We’ve had some very surprising
things happen in the October-November timeframe, have spent a lot of time
at the board level working it out, and have re-tooled for 2022.

Thank you to everyone supporting what we do at ORI.
