We've done the OET Bulletin 65 evaluation before, and yes we do quite often
exceed the limits for the 5 GHz uplink. We've decided to handle this with
the same label that commercial gear uses.

 There is not, as far as I can tell, a change in the regulations here for
microwave. There seems to be some change for HF? There was an exemption
before, but that is no longer the case?

Here's an upcoming presentation (this week!) from RATPAC about the updated
rules.

There will be a recording of the presentation made available.
