[Ground-station] GMAT for AREx document (final version) attached

Here's a writeup on how we used the General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT)
for the Amateur Radio Exploration (AREx) project.

We're going to be more heavily using Jupyter Notebook + Poliastro moving
forward, so look for updates and published notebooks in the near future!
