[Ground-station] How are we set for layout tools?

Agreed... KiCad has come along tremendously and has support from several significant players, including Digikey, which is important since Eagle seems to be on a death spiral (at least for hobbyists) since the AutoDesk acquisition and the switch to subscription pricing.
