[Ground-station] How are we set for layout tools?

+1 for KiCAD. I've used a number of EDA tools over the years, and
transitioned from being a long-term user of Eagle to KiCAD. After what I
thought was a reasonable period of frustration learning the new tool, I
found that I'm way more productive with KiCAD. In particular, I don't
consider it big deal now to create smbols and footprints when I can't find
them. The incremental improvements that KiCAD has seen as a project are
also really impressive, with any stability problems.

I'm available to do smallish board design projects (or help with review or
things like component libraries).
