[Ground-station] Please vote - Ambasat sensor

Hey,

There are a lot of interesting things that could be done with a simple PLL.
You could use it to form a regenerative FMCW ranging radar. This could be
used to accurately determine the location and speed of the satellite from
ground. The space segment is as simple as they come, a PLL. This is
something I would be really interested in implementing if the opportunity
exists to launch it.

However, I don't think any RF payload would be accepted. The satellite
frequency filing will be for the specific LoRa frequency, bandwidth and
modulation. Any added emitters would mean altering the filing and
reapplying.

Cheers,
Thomas
