[Ground-station] UPSat overview + Open Source Cubesat Workshop

It sounds like you are highly qualified to me.

Learning the ins and outs of the protocols, hardware, and software is one
thing. All of that can be taught, and you already have a good basis. Being
genuinely enthusiastic and invested in the organizing principals is
another. That's something that is inspired.

Let me find out how many of us they can tolerate at one time :+)

Someone like me can represent ground, but it's very important to get
someone like you to be there for space. We have several people with
experience building for space on the team and/or network, and teaming up
with them would be an amazing experience.

Everyone ask around and think on it. I will see how many of us they can
accommodate at the meeting.
