[Board] Microsoft donation matching

Happy to help!

I just got the email this morning about it all being set up, and I have
submitted my match request.

The email did include a whinge about paper checks--apparently after the
first three checks there's a greater-of-7%-or-$25 fee per check, which is
explicitly to encourage EFT use. That's an implementation detail I can
happily ignore, but I figured I'd pass it on in case their UI wasn't so
informative.

I'll pass on the feedback about profile completion; the instructions link I
shared appears to stop where you did (assuming I'm guessing right), which
is unfortunate.

I'm curious: was the "30 minutes to complete" statement at all accurate?

73s,
Jon
