[Board] Microsoft donation matching

Thank you so much for helping with this.

While the account dashboard does indeed declare we have "completed"
enrollment, it turned out that there was more to do. A completed
enrollment results in a profile within the system, but doesn't really
ensure all the functionality is there.

So! I've now uploaded all the rest of the documents. These are bank
related - they don't want a statement, but explain deeper down that
they are wanting to see something like canceled checks. They don't
want just a driver's license for an officer, but also something else,
like a passport.

This would not have been obvious to me without you writing back about it.
