While the account dashboard does indeed declare we have "completed"<br>
enrollment, it turned out that there was more to do. A completed<br>
enrollment results in a profile within the system, but doesn't really<br>
ensure all the functionality is there.<br>

So! I've now uploaded all the rest of the documents. These are bank<br>
related - they don't want a statement, but explain deeper down that<br>
they are wanting to see something like canceled checks. They don't<br>
want just a driver's license for an officer, but also something else,<br>
like a passport.<br>

This would not have been obvious to me without you writing back about it.<br>
