[Ground-station] Happy Documentation Day!

Greetings all,

Friday are our Documentation Days. Please take a few minutes to summarize
what you've done recently for ORI.

Don't let perfect be the enemy of the good. Your fellow volunteers are
delighted to hear about what you're doing and are here to help you succeed
in your technical and educational goals. Share here or send to your project
lead or favorite board member.

Thank you to everyone helping make DEFCON happen for ORI. Ribbit,
RFBitBanger, Opulent Voice, UPR's RockSat-X launch, and regulatory work are
all represented.

We are in a new facility - not just new to us, but newly constructed, the
Las Vegas Convention Center West. The last time DEFCON was under one roof
was 7 years ago.

Setup has been an "interesting" experience so far. Our host, RF Village,
opens today at 1000 AM Pacific.

Our next scheduled gathering is Digital Update for Microwave in Vancouver,
B.C. in October 2024.
