[Ground-station] FPGA meetup 1000 US Pacific Tuesday 6 August 2024 (DEFCON + RockSat-X at Wallops)

Matthew Wishek NB0X will be hosting the FPGA meetup this week on Tuesday 6
August 2024. All are welcome.

If you've been following along in Opulent Voice Slack, you know there's
been a lot of forward progress. Thank you to everyone helping make
ambitious things happen!

We're coming up on a major show for us (DEFCON) and a major launch
(RockSat-X with University of Puerto Rico). Both happen over the next week
and all the teams involved are looking forward to sharing how things work
out.
