[Ground-station] Dynamic Spectrum Sharing FCC TAC Working Group Meeting tomorrow

Our first meeting with the Dynamic Spectrum Sharing working group of the
FCC TAC is tomorrow.

Have opinions? Please share them so we can speak up and represent open
source digital radio priorities.

The current term goes through September. We then have the option of
applying for a two-year term on FCC TAC.
