Here's the seminar audio (~8 hours) trimmed at the beginning, so you don't
have to wait through 15 minutes of dead time at the beginning. If all went
well, then this should be the same file linked earlier.

I'll be on the lookout for more seminars like this. Multiple times during
the talk targeted microwave bands came up. The amount of spectrum desired
for 5G let alone 6G is very large and very close to amateur allocations.

I believe we have only one where we are primary (47 GHz).
