[Ground-station] Delivering on the Promise of 5G - seminar audio and slides

There was a lot of interest about this seminar on our Slack, so I'm sending
out the audio and slides to the list.

The non-terrestrial networks content was of great interest, as one of the
two proposed architectures for upcoming releases mirrors what we are doing
for our transponder.

We do industry-quality work, apparently. Let's keep it up!
