[Ground-station] Can you test an RFBitBanger boardset? Build/test, keep the board

Quick update on the boardset - we have a volunteer and the RFBitBanger
boardset should go out to them today. Thank you to all responding for
helping improve this open source amateur radio project!

If you're just catching up to this email and are interested, then worry
not. We'll order a batch of boards after the current round of testing. That
larger order will open up more testing and refinement.

We'd very much like to have a "one stop shop" list of parts to order, long
term.

Steve Conklin handled the most recent parts order. Steve used
https://www.lcsc.com/ for the majority of the components, with some parts
(toroids, for example) ordered elsewhere. There were some shortages and
there were some minimum quantities that we ran into for this successful
prototype build.

This is all run-of-the mill development stuff and not surprising. For the
next round of boards the quantities will be larger and we'll have to do
some fundraising and/or crowdsourcing. DEFCON sales should help quite a
bit, and we have been given the green light for that.

Thank you to everyone for the support and feedback. We have a great
community that produces excellent work. This is only one of many projects
that we do. Even if it's not something you're involved with, please spread
the word. We survive and thrive only if people know about our work.
