[Ground-station] New equipment - arrived and unboxed

New equipment has arrived. Here is an unboxing video of the ADRV9002 for
Remote Labs. The ADRV9002 is an Analog Devices radio development card. It
works from 3 GHz - 5 GHz.

This connects to the ZCU-106, which is a Xilinx Ultrascale+ development
board. One of the first customers is Neptune, an open source low-latency
project using OFDM. Amateur use of Neptune is anticipated.
