[Ground-station] HEO proposal for JAMSAT - first meetup 1 August 2022

I'm looking to get help with adjusting the orbit to reflect our recent
meetings with the FCC about Debris Mitigation.
We should try and stay above 1250km to avoid crossing any constellation. We
should pay more attention to disposal, but you can see it was already
highlighted even back in 2014. We have more muscular rules now from the FCC
and we need to devote more time to that (assuming this is launched from the
US), but we're not out in the wilderness here with what we currently have.
We have done orbits in GMAT before, so we are looking for results from
either GMAT or some other open source mission tool. It's going to be
similar to what's in the slide deck, but it won't be the same. These
numbers affect propulsion, so we need to get them right from the start.
Want to put this orbit into GMAT for the presentation? Speak up.
I'll be asking our previous volunteer, who did good GMAT work for our AReX
contributions, to take a look at this, but he's a University student and
might not have time.
Tools other than GMAT welcome, of course.
