[Ground-station] Quarterly Technical Advisory Meeting today

Technical Advisory Committee meetup in about 30 minutes. It will run from
0900-1200 US Pacific and is supposed to be fun, informative, and low
stress. Plenty on the agenda, we aim to record it, and everyone is invited.

The room will be open early for testing and talking.
