Hi All,
There are a few caveats with that code.
1) The symbol tracking needs further work
2) The GPU LDPC decoder assumes that all frames are the same format. It 
handles 128 frames in parallel
      and that is how it gets it's speed.
3) The VL-SNR mode has not been implemented.
