There are a few caveats with that code.<br>
1) The symbol tracking needs further work <br>
2) The GPU LDPC decoder assumes that all frames are the same
format. It handles 128 frames in parallel <br>
and that is how it gets it's speed.<br>
3) The VL-SNR mode has not been implemented.<br>
