[Ground-station] call for reading and review - QO-100 Linux Transceiver

Ok folks, see what we can use from here:

We are doing something fundamentally different from a bent-pipe transponder
like QO-100, but we should not overlook anything that will help us stick
the landing on what we want to design. I'm sure AMSAT-DL would be highly
interested in anything we have to contribute.
