[Ground-station] Lab PC work - update!

Looking forward to your talk!
Everything purchased for the lab PC for ORI West *except the power supply*.
NewEgg was out of stock. Looking around and seeing what comes up. Some
items should start arriving tomorrow, some will take longer.
