[Ground-station] Join a team in the Wiki

Thank you to Jim Tittsler for this process improvement suggestion.

If you've noticed activity in the repositories, then you're not wrong. We
have an October Sprint going on to improve documentation, submit papers,
and develop the list of lab equipment for the Digital Multiplexing
Transponder.

Part of that is identified teams and rosters.

Please see the first batch of teams, and add yourself, to

Any ID that you are known by is Ok. Handle, name, chop, symbol. Put your
area of interest and responsibility after your name.

Regular reminders will be sent out to keep this up to date.
