[Ground-station] Mechanical engineering progress for Open Rotor

Met with mechanical engineer tonight for Open Rotor. On to the next steps.
Trying to get a prototype of the basic design as soon as possible!

Steve Conklin is looking at node red and MQTT potential for remote control,
and the local EME and microwave community has helped tremendously with
checking basic assumptions.

We owe some updates to https://github.com/sconklin/openrotor but please
bookmark it to keep up with the documentation.
