[Ground-station] Please vote - Ambasat sensor

These satellites use LoRaWAN. Their transmissions will be received by The
Things Network. This is an IoT platform and network.

I'm not a LoRaWAN expert, but the clock requirements and synchronization
are not tight. There is not a high precision or stability requirement. End
nodes are asynchronous. They transmit when they have data available to
send, and their transmissions are generally received by multiple stations.

The schematic is in Eagle. The datasheets are in a folder in that
