[Ground-station] output of dvbs2_rx app

It's just an artifact of the GNU Radio scheduler and buffering. The end 
of the bitstream doesn't get flushed out. To check for bit errors, I use:

cmp -l thefuryclip.ts decoded.ts

Also, you can suppress that Gtk-Message with:

sudo apt install libcanberra-gtk-module
