[Ground-station] Initial DVB-S2 Rx Data Stream Explorations

I am starting to think about the DVB-S2X Rx data stream and was 
wondering if there is software for a Windows or Linux PC

to look at the details of the data stream. Something similar to 
Wireshark for Ethernet or WiFi?
