Made most sold LoRa ground stations incompatible...

⁦‪@FossaSys‬⁩ FOSSASAT-1 LoRa transmission decoded from IQ capture made by ⁦‪@yl3ct‬⁩ and found by ⁦‪@ea4gpz‬⁩ replaying the IQ file with a PlutoSDR and receiving with a SX1262 LoRa Chip. Telemetry bytes were 13 0F C7 1B 02 C7 00 00 00 00 00 C6 F8 4C 09 60 B6 pic.twitter.com/VcAzlHaEQd
