[Ground-station] Thank You!

I would like to thank all of you that have volunteered any of your time,
talent, and treasure on Phase 4 Ground over the past few years. We've had
quite a ride. The ride will definitely continue! We have made a lot of
progress and overcome some unanticipated challenges.

It was an unexpected and very timely surprise to be honored at Microwave
Update 2018 in mid-October with the Don Hilliard Award for Technical
Contributions to the Microwave Community.

This award would not in any way have been possible without the response and
contributions from you, the members of Phase 4 Ground. You all are the
reason for the recognition.

If you're still on the sidelines, wondering what you can do, or worried
about what you are capable of, then please write me. I'm here to help you
get traction with the best technical hobby on the planet - amateur
satellite!

It's true - some of what we're doing is very ambitious and can be
difficult. But, it's achievable. Best of all, it's super fun!

More soon - we've got RTP and GSE to tame, and the DVB organization to
convince to include us in their big annual shindig in Ireland. And a pile
of other stuff that really needs better documentation.
