[Ground-station] Microwave Update this weekend

Hey Zach,

Yes, all our work is open source and can be found at <
https://github.com/oresat>. At this time we only have test code for the
AX5043 in the oresat-firmware repo, and block diagrams in oresat-c3-rf.
Schematics in Eagle are coming soon.

We have looked at Jonathan's code to some greater extent, as well as work
done by Richard Meadows, M0SBU at <https://github.com/richardeoin/ax>
and Zach Metzinger at Libre Space Foundation (
https://gitlab.com/librespacefoundation/pqws/pqws-main-sw). So far we have
just written some test routines on our own that run on ChibiOS that sits on
top of a STM32F446.  They confirm 100 kb/s HDLC packets in both directions,
and we also have AX.25 in G3RUH format for telemetry beacons going now in
our early tests. So much more to do. I would be willing to discuss our
plans further and would love your critique.

And yes, we just learned about the availability issue of the AX5043, and it
really stresses us out. We have a few demo boards we may need to harvest
from if that becomes a real issue. Yikes!
