Hi Michelle -- it was great to meet you and everyone else at
Hamvention!  It was good to learn more about the project, and I very
much look forward to being involved.

As one small step in that direction, I realized today that there
doesn't seem to be a link to the mailing list on the current website
(https://phase4ground.github.io); I'll send in a PR for that shortly.
