The Kraken team contacted us well over a week ago, and we've been
helping them. In addition to that, multiple people on social media
directed them to us. I am confident everything is going to work out
for them, for at least two sets of reasons. We'll see how it goes.

The co-owner of Kraken is the lead of one of ORI's sponsored projects,
called Skylark.

A project, by the way, that ARDC has targeted for exclusion. Syed, a
principal at Kraken, was told Skylark simply would not get funding for
his satellite project because ORI was the fiscal sponsor. You see,
ARDC tells people applying with ORI that they can't use us for either
fiscal sponsorship *or as a partner*.

As far as we can tell, this is simply out of spite because I wouldn't
go along with Phil's proposal to replace his "tired and low energy"
wife at a sex party so my "grant could be considered in a better
light" at DEFCON in 2019 (reported to their board!), and we then
declined to give him a requested quid pro quo at HamCation in 2020
(Meeting was recorded! This was reported to their board!). We know
that this is the root cause from messages exfiltrated through Bob
McGwier.

ARDC has lied to multiple other entities that ORI is "in trouble with
the IRS". I have heard from multiple people that you have helped
spread this damaging rumor. Whether we are a Public Charity or a
Private Operating Foundation *does not matter with respect to grants*.
We spent a lot of time and money with lawyers and accountants figuring
this out and we kept ARDC informed all along the way. In return for
being transparent and finding a mutually beneficial solution, we were
attacked and lied about.

Fuck all of this shit, I am done with this sort of thing, and I'm done
with anyone that behaves this way or helps others be abusive. You have
made it very clear you prioritize and help ARDC over ORI, and you have
defended and excused their bad behavior.

I warned you in writing that you were burning down bridges that were
worth more than whatever money you thought you could get from ARDC.
Your tactic was to publicly dunk on ORI and then block everyone after
demanding a board meeting that would target and exclude me as some
sort of "problem". This was not received well at all, by anyone.

Do not write any of us again unless you have publicly repaired this situation.
