NASA will also use advanced research, data collection and technologies to assist in inter and intra-agency execution of this Administration's policy to advance equity for all, including people of color and others who have been historically underserved, marginalized,
and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

our patent license program. Further, NASA’s Software Catalog offers hundreds of new free software products for a wide variety of technical applications. These resources offer the opportunity for entrepreneurs to build new products and companies, generating
economic impact and jobs.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

<span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif;color:#3e403f">2. SBIR/STTR: NASA offers devoted research and development funding to small businesses and entrepreneurs through the SBIR/STTR programs,
