    <p>I already knew that the earth-based ISM band would be taken by

      the cellular companies. They were already using it to boost their

      data speeds to customers even though they were not paying anything

      to use that band.</p>

    <p>What concerns me the most is whether the FCC will keep commercial

      signals off of our satellite up and downlink frequencies in the

      5GHz band.<br>
