I place parts like that on prototype<br clear="none">boards by hand with tweezers under my inspection microscope fairly<br clear="none">routinely (lots of MEMS sensors are in this size range these days).<br clear="none">It's important to have a decent stencil and fresh, fine particle solder<br clear="none">paste.
