[Ground-station] Happy Birthday ORI + Documentation Day

Greetings all!

Today's is ORI's birthday. We celebrate seven years of service, growth, and
opportunity for open source digital radio work, directly benefiting the
amateur radio and amateur radio satellite services.

It's Documentation Day at ORI. Take a few minutes to write up what you've
done for the week, what you have planned, if you need any resources that we
can provide, and if you have any roadblocks. Let us know!

Our March newsletter will reflect your work, cover our birthday
celebration, and explain what we'll be demonstrating at BSides San Diego,
Friedrichshafen, and DEFCON.

Thank you to everyone helping us do ambitious amateur and open source work!
