[Ground-station] ORI projects meetup and design review schedule

Greetings all!

Reminder for our projects meetup tomorrow 7 April 2026 at 1000 US Pacific
time.

Bring your updates, roadblocks, and plans! Here's the agenda. Do you have
an item? Bring it.

1) OpenCPI updates from Aaron - critical work for Haifuraiya

2) Opulent Voice demonstration bugs from BSides! We fixed a problem in the
transmitter and caused a problem in the receiver.

3) Major update to EVE link analysis and some good news about the CNR,
signal construction, and additional receive partners. We are making
progress in an area that is an open research question in Information Theory
- channels that do not have infinite or very long coherence time.

4) BSides San Diego report - big success here, with strong possibility
we'll be invited back next year. ORI now has an amateur radio club W6ORI.
