[Ground-station] Projects Meetup NOT scheduled to occur tomorrow

Projects meetup usually held on Tuesdays at 1000 US Pacific will not be
held tomorrow, September 23, unless somebody else announces that they
intend to host it.

I expect the normal schedule will resume on September 30.
