[Ground-station] Our regular Projects Meetup is on Zoom in about an hour

The proposed "fast uplink, slow downlink" mode dynamic transponder  (MDT)
concept for AMSAT-UK's FunCube+ 2U CubeSat represents an interesting
power-conservation strategy, but will need careful analysis of buffering
requirements, timing constraints, and mode compatibility. We've been asked
to support AMSAT-UK on this, and it is planned to be included in an
upcoming launch.

We'll talk about this collaboration at today's weekly projects meeting and
we will start a repository, design documents, simulations, etc. We are very
much looking forward to working with AMSAT-UK and their technical
volunteers. If you are interested in this, then please stay tuned for "MDT"
updates and consider yourself invited to participate!
