1. Bandwidth for EVE 2026 (practical vs theoretical concerns, DSES asked,
Dwingeloo indicates no impediments)
2. COBS updates, etc. "are in" to Opulent Voice (issue tracker back up to
over 40!)
3. Web Interface working for Opulent Voice
4. Good questions from Pete about Costas Loops in Locutus, the Opulent
Voice modem
5. Photogrammetry update from Ed Friesema (in support of getting accurate
RMS values for big dishes like at DSES)
6. FCC TAC meeting in early August

Office Hours (unrecorded) to immediately follow. We'll talk about our eBay
RFBitBanger problem, the resolution, and the bad timing, and about M17
being removed from MMDVM. Why this happened and whether there's anything we
can learn to improve the odds in the market for Opulent Voice.
