[Ground-station] video recording from Tuesday's meetup + save-the-date for in-person gathering in San Diego

Major project work over the past week. We shared a video report about the
successful launch of the RockSat-X launch and described forward progress on
the DSES drift scan project. Paul presented a detailed diagram of the
Opulent Voice system architecture and discussed ongoing transmission delays
and buffer problems, proposing potential solutions and further
investigation needs. The team reviewed progress on FPGA MSK implementations
(single NCO proposed), discussed diagnostic capabilities and counter
issues, and planned for upcoming presentations and conferences. Save the
date! ORI-IEEE-DEFCON Halloween Party in San Diego, CA, USA. ORI community
members are invited. Bring your SDR for a field trip. Costumes optional and
celebrated. Food, drink, pool, and SDR field trip.
