At 1000 US Pacific on 29 October a virtual event hosted by ORI and IEEE
will take place. Details below:

"A presentation, review, and Q&A for Proposed Rulemaking to the United
States Federal Communications Commission for Restoring Amateur Radio
Service Use of the 219 MHz Band.

The work product of this meeting is a draft or components of a draft for
proposed rulemaking concerning the Amateur Radio Service use of the 219 MHz
band.

The spectrum management problem will be presented, discussed, and approved.
Then, new rules proposed and debated. The discussion and any consensus will
be captured and published.
