Last night we took a stab at modeling the NCO and Costas Loop controls, to
get a better understanding of the coefficients for the gains of the PI
Filter. Here's the draft of that attached. More needs to be added -
expanding the explanations and tying the model to the code, but you can see
the thinking and what we're trying to accomplish.
