[Ground-station] DSES Nominations open for 2024

"Emailed to DSES members on January 18, 2024

This is a call for nominations for the 2024 Board of Directors for the Deep
Space Exploration Society.

Nominations shall be open for 20 days. Nominees shall then be posted, and
each member will be asked to cast one vote for each of four nominees from
the complete nominees list. The voting period shall be open for 10 days at
which time the pole will close, and the votes counted."

DSES is friendly to and supportive of ORI work. If you're in or near
Colorado and are looking for a good organization to get involved with,
check out DSES. Four board seats are open this time around. Three will be
up next year. Terms are for two years.
