Greetings all!

Our technical meetings resume this week with the FPGA meetup at 1000 US
Pacific. We'll talk about the Costas Loop stability for the Opulent Voice
receiver, how we are testing in the lab, and splitting off a low pass
filter to be its own Modem Module submodule.

The Modem Module approach is a modular transceiver design, with components
presented as git submodules. This methodology allows for a high degree of
re-use and significant educational value.

We'll move into open office hours "ask us anything" after the stand-up
style roundtable FPGA meetup.

As always, meetings are recorded, edited, rendered, and published to
YouTube.
