Greetings all,

It's documentation day around ORI, and do we have a lot to cover.

Please send in your reports to your team lead and/or favorite board member.

Recent work on Opulent Voice, Neptune, FCC working groups and IEEE working
groups has been published or is in the process of being written up.

Thank you to everyone for all the hard work!

Also, please note that we now have groundstation-transmitter and
groundstation-receiver channels on Slack. Look for leadership from Anshul
Makkar on designs and updates to existing work.
