What's not in the slides yet is the Digital Spark Gap project (NVIS HF
signals intelligence) and Polynomial Signal Representation proof of concept
with RVJ Institute.

We started a repo for the polynomial work here:
https://github.com/OpenResearchInstitute/Polynomial_Signals_Representation

And, some work happened yesterday to move things along towards some
tractable demos. There's a big role here for open source digital radio,
since that's where the ideas came from in the first place decades ago.
