[Ground-station] pre-registration for DEFCON31 closes tomorrow

If you are helping us at DEFCON31, please know that pre-registration closes
tomorrow 5 July. You'll have to line up for tickets at the event (aka
"linecon") if you don't go ahead and buy them in advance by tomorrow.

ORI will be in RF Village, we'll be a (limited) vendor this year (yay!),
and we'll have hands-down the best amateur radio band demonstrations at
this massive event.

Please sign up to help out at the tables. Many hands make light work. We'll
have Ribbit Radio, RFBitBanger, Kent Britain's PCB antennas, Haifuraiya,
Opulent Voice, and whatever else we can cram into the van.

Get in touch - it's a fantastic event for open source digital radio. DEFCON
is the site of the largest amateur radio exam session on record in the US,
eclipsing Hamvention. Attendees are diverse, educated, and technically
advanced, unlike traditional ham radio events.

DEFCON also has a strictly enforced code of conduct, so it's safe to attend
and volunteer for.
